Does anyone else find it annoying flying from meeting to meeting all day long in central London, followed by a workout at the gym in West London (or in my case stopping by your mates house for a game of Wii sports), followed by dinner with friends in East London, followed by meeting the boyfriend in North London – all the while carrying several different outfits in your bag, and changing into them in stinky coffee shop toilets.

So just when I thought I hadn’t seen Speidi in the news recently (I say news I really mean celeb gossip collums, worst dressed lists, and very sickening and tasteless PR stunts), who crops up on the scene again but Heidi Montag. She is just about to release her debut album – yes, thats right, an entire album of Heidi “singing”.

Oh. My. God

How strange that I should blog about Carrie, Sex and the City and how unreal a certain episode was (see previous blog) and then I find the trailer for the new Sex and the City movie. All my feelings of dissapointment towards the producers of SATC just went out the window as soon as I saw this – as soon as I saw the dresses, the hair, the turban, the bow tie . . . okay I’m spoiling it for you.

Due to the Christmas shenanigans, followed by all the New Year palaver, this week has been my first full week of being unemployed.

Apart from the obvious job hunting (which being a bit of a geek I quite enjoy), I’ve been undergoing a Friends Marathon – Friends as in ‘f.r.i.e.n.d.s’ one of my favourite sitcoms. I received the complete boxset (all 10 series!) off Mr Smith for Christmas – perfect timing if you ask me!

It’s been amazing watching the whole series from the beginning (currently on series 4), seeing the highs and lows of the gang again, hearing some of Chandlers one liner’s that I’ve never heard before . . . I even cried last night when I (more…)

I’ve never really quite understood Queen Latifah – where she came from, what it is she does – Actress? Comedian? Is she even a real Queen? I didn’t even think she was that funny . . . until I found this today. A clip from the Peoples Choice Awards that took place lastnight. As Queen Latifah was presenting the award show, it was obviously her duty to do some sort of comical parody or spoof. And what did she choose to ‘spoof’? New Moon of course!
