Primark are doing a selection of really pretty dresses at the moment for just £5 each, it’s definitely worth checking out. I picked up these three, but there were tonnes more on offer. Some are quite funky patterned like this crazy blue dress with flamingos on, there is an array of florals, and there’s also lots of cute and simple dresses too.
Although cheap as chips, my one small complaint about Primark clothing would be the sizing! I advise trying before buying. For the floral dress I tried on a size 12, but it was too tight and so I had to get a 14! Yet when I tried on the pink strappy Aztec dress in a size 12 it was a little too big for me, same goes with the Flamingo dress, and so I was able to purchase these in a size 10. It was quite an odd shopping experience with my emotions going up and down, unable to determine my size, and it is annoying having to take in three different sizes to try for every item, but I put this down to Primark’s odd sizing’s.
10, 12, 14, whatever, I can’t complain too much when I got three new summer outfits for £15. Bargain! I wore my new floral dress for Afternoon Tea with my Mum and a Sister, and the Aztec dress was teamed with a plain white t-shirt and my new Ark Jelly Shoes (£14.99) for Wireless Festival on Friday. I wore the jelly shoes with little frilly white ankle socks, but these aren’t pictured (they’re in the wash!)
