Happy New Year everyone! I’m so excited to finally be in the year of 2013, and to celebrate our entry into the New Year (and to hopefully diminish some post-Christmas blues) I’m doing a little Giveaway. I have 2 sets of got2b POWDER’ful by Schwarzkopf to giveaway to two lucky readers.
About got2b POWDER’ful
I love this volumizing styling powder. It beats blasting your hair with hair-spray, which can often be hard to brush out afterwards. Instead this powder provides towering volume that lasts a long time, yet you can comb through much easier than you could with hairspray or other holding products. I’ve been using this for a while now, mostly for when I want to achieve either a quiff or a beehive (see images below). To use all you need to do it is sprinkle into your roots and then work your fingers through the roots creating volume, or alternatively you can sprinkle some into your palm and then distribute it into your hair.
TINK TIPS: To achieve the quiff (below left), I sprinkled the powder directly into my hair/fringe, and then backcombed it all to create a thick volumized quiff. To achieve the beehive with curls (below right), I used rollers which gave my hair a bounce, then sprinkled the got2b POWDER’ful onto my roots and backcombed just a little to keep that volumizing bounce all night.
